From New York to South Africa

Lisette van Kesteren started in 2010 with her first marathon in New York. What began as a personal adventure grew into a mission: running every marathon for her daughter Noelle and for everyone living with Turner Syndrome.

She has now completed twelve marathons on six continents. Every step is a statement. Every kilometre proof that it is possible.

Turner Syndrome

What is Turner Syndrome?

Turner Syndrome is a chromosomal condition that exclusively affects girls and women. One of the X chromosomes is partially or completely missing, which affects physical development.

Noelle has Turner Syndrome. She is the reason behind every marathon, every step, every kilometre.

Every step counts.

Running together

Running is something
you don't do alone.

Noelle is always there. Sometimes at the finish line, sometimes in spirit. Her smile is the fuel for every marathon.
